NBA Appoints Larry Bird as Special Advisor

 

The National Basketball Association (NBA) announced today the appointment of former Boston Celtics legend Larry Bird as a special advisor to the league office. Bird, a three-time NBA champion, three-time MVP, and twelve-time All-Star, will leverage his unparalleled basketball acumen and leadership experience to contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the NBA.
