Arizona State Coach Dillingham Apologizes for Criticism of Kicker Ian Hershey
TEMPE, Ariz. – Arizona State University head football coach Kenny Dillingham issued a public apology on Monday for his harsh criticism of kicker Ian Hershey following the Sun Devils’ loss to the University of Cincinnati on Saturday. “I’ve never in my career done anything that’s had a negative effect on a kid,” Dillingham stated during a press conference. “And I’ve had some really bad seasons, some really bad pay.
