Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Wilson is set to join the team after a decline in his career. Wilson, a former Super Bowl champion, has a record of 43,653 passing yards, 334 touchdowns, and 106 interceptions. Despite competition from third-year QB Kenny Pickett, Wilson adds a dynamic not seen for the Steelers since Ben Roethlisberger. Pickett, the No. 20 overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, has gone 14-10 as a starter with 13 touchdowns and 13 interceptions. Pittsburgh is now pivoting to give Wilson a shot. If Wilson can shake off his Denver years and deliver highs, the Steelers have a strong roster capable of making a return trip to the postseason, even in a tough AFC North, and possibly going beyond wild-card weekend for the first time since 2017.
