Eagles sign PJ Mustipher to a 1-year contract
Eagles sign defensive tackle PJ Mustipher to a one-year contract, expressing admiration for the team’s achievements and the talent on the roster.
Denver Broncos signed Owings Mills native Mustipher as an undrafted free agent in 2023. Mustipher played five seasons at Penn State, averaging 145 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, three sacks, and two forced fumbles. He was a team captain and first-team AP Big Ten selection.
The 25-year-old Owings Mills, Maryland native played five seasons (2018-2022) at Penn State, tallying 145 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, three sacks, and two forced fumbles. Mustipher was a team captain during his final two seasons and was named a first-team AP Big Ten selection in 2021 and second-team honoree in 2022.
“Seeing familiar faces is going to make my transition much easier,” Mustipher said. “Being back in Pennsylvania, where I went to school for five years, is something I am looking forward to.”
