A.J. Brown says the Eagles’ locker room is “fine” despite rumors of problems occurring behind the scenes. Rumors surfaced of a divided locker room with wide receiver A.J. Brown at the “epicenter” and players’ dissatisfaction with head coach Nick Sirianni and his staff as the Philadelphia Eagles’ 2023 season spiraled out of hand.

But Brown said that “the locker room is fine” during an interview on SportsRadio 94 WIP (via Josh Alper of Pro Football Talk).

“Players wasn’t executing, that’s what it came down to,” Brown stated. “I believe that the coaches were unfairly blamed by the media. I’m not the one to point the finger at the coaches; I never blame them.The players were not doing well.”

The club had just lost five of its previous six regular-season games when the report was released, and they were about to lose 32–9 to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the postseason.
