LEATEST NEWS: An injured former Boston Celtics center can be acquired at a low price.

Just a few months after the Boston Celtics sent Robert Williams III to the Portland Trail Blazers, the player is apparently open to trade; Chris Haynes of Bleacher Report confirmed this on his “This League” show.

According to Haynes, “some teams are considering making a move for Robert Williams” (h/t MassLive). “Although Robert Williams is out for the season, teams believe he could be had for a low cost at this time, allowing him to continue his rehabilitation and healing process in the hopes that he will return to the excellent player he was during his time with the Boston Celtics. The Blazers intend to be transparent. There is no disputing that. Should they

Portland has to understand that Brogdon’s time in the Rose City is coming to an end given the way his relationship with the Celtics deteriorated after a disastrous trade attempt. A postseason series or two could depend on where he ends up going next, so keep an eye out until the trade deadline.

For Brogdon is a lost cause.

Strong message from Jayson Tatum about the chemistry of the Boston Celtics’ new look

The Boston Celtics have lost in the NBA Finals once and twice in the Eastern Conference Finals since the 2019–20 NBA season. Although Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown had a terrific roster, it was never good enough to carry them to victory. Significant changes were in the works, and last year’s ECF loss to the Miami Heat appeared to be the tipping point.

In the end, the Boston Celtics traded Marcus Smart to the Memphis Grizzlies, Grant Williams to the Dallas Mavericks, and Malcolm Brogdon and Robert Williams to the Portland Trailblazers. It hurt to lose because Williams and Smart in particular were mainstays of the previous Cs squads. Jrue Holiday and Kristaps Porzingis were the two new players that Boston was getting in exchange for these trades.

The

Jayson Tatum’s theory is validated by the Boston Celtics’ current season’s performance.

Given the Celtics’ 34-10 record, it’s difficult to argue against Tatum. If the Cs had struggled to a slow start this season and needed some time find chemistry, it wouldn’t have been startling. Rather, they own the best record in the NBA.

Though Boston will never be able to replace Marcus Smart, they made an effort with Holiday, who is among the league’s finest defensive players along with Smart. Porzingis, though, was obviously an improvement. The combination of his offensive floor space and defensive ability as a shot-blocker and disruptive force has made him an ideal match for the Celtics.

Porzingis’ amazing bond with Jaylen Brown has also been a contributing reason. They have bonded rapidly off the court and it is benefiting them both on the court. Tatum highlighted a high IQ, but this group of players’ ability and fit also seem to have contributed to the transformation.

The Boston Celtics’ potential is endless because team cohesiveness is currently nonexistent. The most skilled squad in recent memory is focused on winning Banner 18, and that is their only objective.

Boston Celtics’ intelligence is shown by the firing of Eastern Conference coach

The head coach Adrian Griffin of the Milwaukee Bucks was fired on Tuesday afternoon, shocking the basketball world after just 43 games. Given that the Bucks are second in the Eastern Conference and have the third-best record in the NBA, the decision seems surprising. The Boston Celtics are grinning once more as yet another Eastern Conference threat goes south.

Griffin’s dismissal highlights an intriguing trend in the East about the caliber of savvy clubs. The Celtics seem to be the most shrewd and stable team in the Eastern Conference as of right now.

Right now, the Boston Celtics are led by Brad Stevens, maybe the most astute general manager in the NBA. The Celtics have been able to move between coaches and core groupings of players with ease because of this.

The fact that the Cs have managed to win despite the alterations is really amazing.

Other East threats have not fared as well as the Cs because they have had to make significantly more significant adjustments. The 76ers don’t seem like a threat to the Celtics, despite having the third-best record in the East with the trade of James Harden and the acquisition of Nick Nurse. The Bucks are also in free fall since sacking their head coach.

The Boston Celtics would have won big if Doc Rivers had coached the Bucks.
The most recent report is that the Bucks might try to sign Doc Rivers. The fact that the Cs controlled Rivers both throughout his time with the 76ers and in the postseason makes this a huge victory for them. The Bucks would be showing how dysfunctional their organization is by making such a desperate move. If Rivers were hired by the Bucks, I wouldn’t be afraid of them.

It looks good for their prospects of winning a championship this season since the Celtics and the Miami Heat seem to be the most steady teams in the East.
