THOMAS JOINS THE COACHING STAFF OF NEBRASKA FOOTBALL
Glenn Thomas, an experienced offensive coach, has joined the Nebraska Husker staff, according to head coach Matt Rhule. Thomas, who will take over as Nebraska’s co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach, has over 20 years of experience coaching in both college and the NFL. The hiring procedure at the University of Nebraska must be completed before Thomas may be hired.
After spending a season with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Thomas moves to Lincoln. As the offensive assistant, Thomas contributed to the Steelers’ AFC playoff run.
Marcus Satterfield, the offensive coordinator, will take over as the Husker tight ends’ coach in 2024, Rhule also revealed. Additionally, Josh Martin will return to his job as an analyst for the Huskers after serving as an interim offensive assistant coach last season.
