NHRA Driver Brittany Force Hospitalized After Scary Crash

A recent high-speed incident involving legendary drag racer John Force has the motorsports world in shock. John Force was involved in a terrifying accident during the first round of eliminations at Virginia Motorsport Park. Force was forced to lose control of his Chevy Camaro Funny Car when its engine suddenly exploded while he was over 300 mph in the finish line. The vehicle swerved across the centerline, slamming into both guard walls, and eventually stopped.

Force was able to stay conscious and communicate with the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) medical team that was on the scene immediately after the crash. After that, he was taken to a nearby hospital, where his team confirmed he was initially admitted to the trauma intensive care unit and then transferred to the neuro intensive care unit for specialized care related to head injuries.
