CONFIRMED: Celtic Secure Oliver Sørensen On Season-Long Loan — Sends Three Powerful Messages To Hoops Faithful
GLASGOW, SCOTLAND — Celtic FC have officially confirmed the signing of highly-rated Danish prospect Oliver Sørensen on a season-long loan deal, subject to international clearance and Scottish FA approval. The exciting young talent arrives with a growing reputation in his homeland, and has immediately outlined his ambitions for the campaign ahead with three powerful messages for the Parkhead faithful.
🤝 “Everyone at Celtic is delighted to welcome Oliver to the club,” the club statement read. “He is a talented, dynamic player with a bright future, and we look forward to seeing him develop and contribute throughout the season. Welcome to Celtic Park, Oliver!”
Shortly after putting pen to paper, Sørensen spoke exclusively to the official Celtic website and delivered three clear, heartfelt pledges to the supporters who had already welcomed him with open arms:
“First — I am here to work harder than I ever have in my life. I know what this club represents, the standards are incredibly high, and I will meet every single one of them. Every training session, every minute on the pitch — I will give everything for this jersey. Second — I am here to contribute to winning football. Celtic is a club built on success, on lifting trophies, and playing with passion and style. I want to be part of that, I want to help this team push for every title, and I want to create moments that the fans will remember. And third — I am here to grow, to learn, and to earn your trust. I know I have to prove myself. I will listen, I will improve, and I will fight for this badge in every match. I cannot wait to run out at Celtic Park in front of you all.”
The versatile Danish player, comfortable across the midfield and attacking areas, caught the eye with his technical quality, composure on the ball, and fearless approach to the game. He arrives ready to compete for a place in the starting eleven and provide vital depth across the squad as Celtic battle on multiple fronts domestically and in Europe.
Head coach welcomed the addition: “Oliver is a talented young player with great energy and a strong character. He has the right attitude and the hunger to succeed here, which is exactly what we want. He will add competition to the squad and we look forward to working with him this season.”
For the Celtic supporters, the message could not be clearer. Sørensen isn’t just here for the experience — he is here to make an impact. Three promises, one clear intent: Hard work, trophies, and trust. The Danish dynamo is ready to shine in the green and white.
